In a simple ABC-123 format I distill the essence of what I have learned in my decades long study of tai chi/mindfulness and postural neurology and how they relate to self-empowerment, executive function, productivity, and the ability to relax.  Participants will leave with the tools and techniques of a mindfulness practice (and a phone app!) that is easy to learn and easy to integrate into any daily routine.  This Mindfulness Made Easy program can be geared to suit any age, level of education, and occupation.
